GOT SOME QUESTIONS?

I’ve provided answers to my most asked questions. If you have something else you’d like to ask , just get in touch.

My approach to wedding photography is light and airy, led by soft, flattering natural light and a documentary style.

Around 90% of the day is spent capturing candid, genuine moments—your guests laughing, the quiet in-between interactions, and the real atmosphere of your celebration. I work unobtrusively so you can simply enjoy your day while I tell the story as it unfolds.

There’s always a dedicated portion of the afternoon set aside for your portraits and family photographs—the ones you’ll treasure and want to hang on your walls for years to come.

I pride myself on directing these official photographs in a relaxed, efficient way, ensuring you have plenty of time to mingle with your guests before the dinner bell.

Pricing is tailored to each event depending on travel, date and duration.

Wedding photography packages typically begin at £1700 with the average spend being £2000, which includes pre-wedding consultations and full day coverage from bridal prep right through to dancing.

All of which is presented in a fully downloadable gallery edited in my signature style

I offer a range of wedding albums starting at £450. Please contact me for a brochure.

If you’re ready to book your date, you’ll receive a contract and booking form and a £300 deposit is required to secure .

Family and newborn shoots start at £250 including a full online downloadable gallery of images.

A second photographer can be added for groom prep only (the guys getting ready) or for additional coverage from groom prep through to the dinner bell.

If you and your partner are getting ready at the same venue or within a short distance of each other, I’m happy to cover both bridal and groom prep on my own.

However, for larger weddings or events taking place across a particularly spacious venue, a second shooter can be a fantastic addition. They can capture guest moments and candid details throughout the day while I focus on portraits or other key moments happening elsewhere.

I offer two packages: to Dinner Bell (coverage from bridal prep up to the moment you’re called into the function room) and Full-Day Coverage (from morning preparations all the way through to dancing).

With Full-Day Coverage, you’ll receive photos of the dancing, speeches as well as any additional portrait sessions—such as night-time shots, a second outfit, sparklers, and more. I always stay to photograph your first dance and a selection of songs afterward to capture a great collection of candid dancing and guest moments.

Yes — you will receive all edited images from your wedding day in a fully accessible, downloadable gallery. You can also share this gallery with friends and family if you wish.

Images can be downloaded both in social size for social media sharing and full size for printing big.

If you’re happy to proceed with booking your date, I will forward a booking form and contract for you to complete. A £300 deposit is required to secure your booking.

If you are in the final stages of planning and need a few days to confirm your venue, I’m more than happy to hold your date for a couple of weeks. I’m also happy to arrange a phone or Zoom call if you’d like to chat before making a decision.

Once the booking is confirmed, I will be in touch approximately six weeks before the wedding to arrange a Zoom call to go over the final details and to request the final balance payment.

I aim to send you a selection of wedding previews within 24–48 hours after your wedding.

Your full gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks, depending on the time of year.

If for any reason I anticipate a delay, I will always keep you informed.

Yes! I offer a lovely selection of printed wedding albums, with prices starting from £450. You can include an album in your package or choose to add one after the wedding. If your budget allows, I always encourage couples to go for a printed book—there’s truly nothing like seeing your photos beautifully printed instead of just on a screen.

I’ve yet to meet a couple who truly enjoys having their photograph taken. But rest assured, after more than 18 years of wedding experience, there’s not much I haven’t seen. You can trust that I know how to work with even the most camera-shy couples to create beautiful, natural portraits.

It’s also worth mentioning that I will never ask you to pose in a way that feels uncomfortable or unnatural. If all you feel up for is a gentle walk and a chat, then that’s exactly what we’ll do.

We will of course discuss all this in your pre wedding zoom call to put your mind at rest and there is always the option of a pre wedding shoot as a “trial run” if you feel that might be of benefit.

I know that the day passes SO FAST.

YOU’LL WANT TO REMEMBER EVERY SECOND

You can’t be everywhere on your wedding day, so trust that your gallery will include not only the important, official photos but also the candid, behind-the-scenes moments you might have missed.

YOU can relax with your loved ones

I pride myself on working efficiently so you receive a beautiful gallery and still have plenty of time to mingle with your guests before the dinner bell rings.

YOU WANT TO HAVE AMAZING MEMORIES

Your gallery will be one you return to again and again, each time reliving the magic of your special day.

What was great was that Vickey took full control of the group shots we had discussed during our pre-wedding call. She made sure every photo was captured and directed everyone clearly, so we always knew who was needed. This meant that part of the day ran smoothly and quickly”
